1:1 coaching

Personalized program with 1-on-1 coaching that emphasizes the use of corrective exercises in conjunction with strength and conditioning work with the goal of correcting physical limitations and improving performance.

If you are experiencing pain, suffered an injury, or you are looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, 1:1 coaching might be the right step for you.

1:1 coaching is for someone that

  • Wants a personalized program that is specifically designed for them, their lifestyle, and their goals.

  • An experienced coach who is also a doctor of physical therapy.

  • Someone that will provide valuable feedback, answer questions and keep you on track.

  • To finally get back to training how they want without having to deal with physical limitations or stubborn plateaus.

How it works:

  • We complete an assessment where we can determine some baseline measurements.

  • During the assessment, we will look at: range of motion, strength, and audit some lifestyle factors to create the best plan for you.

  • Implement what I call a prescriptive exercise program, essentially digital management where you don’t need to come in for visits. We will work together in this fashion until we get you back to your confident self-managing training and life.
